The 130 Building, 130 W. Second St. in downtown Dayton, has opened a new co-working office space. The newly-renovated co-working space, called Daywork 130, is on the 10th floor of the 130 Building, the property owner has announced. Brian Lash, former chairman and chief executive of Texas-based Target Hospitality (NASDAQ: TH) bought the 130 Building in May 2018. Along with the new Daywork 130 co-working space, Lash is also planning banquet hall, fitness center and additional meeting spaces in the building.
