A recreation center and coworking space are two of the newest amenities added to a downtown Dayton office tower being revitalized by an out-of-town investor who has big plans for the historically neglected structure. The project is part of a growing renaissance underway in the city core.
The 130 W. Second St. building, one of downtown Dayton’s largest office towers, is now home to Daywork 130 and Rec 130. The coworking and rec centers are located on the building’s 10th floor.
