The new owner of downtown’s fourth-highest office tower have completed the first round of its upgrades. The 130 Building, located at 130 W. Second St., added a coworking space and a recreation facility, known as Daywork 130 and Rec 130, respectively. Daywork 130 offers daily reservable, shared co-working, along with several private offices that can be reserved monthly. Current tenants can enjoy a bar area and games such as ping pong, foosball, billiards and more inside Rec 130. Other upgrades planned or in the works include a renovated conference and training room, building facade improvements, and new branding for the building.
